Follow-up Comment #2, bug #42931 (project octave):
More than just octave may depend on the blas you are using.
So even if you tell octave to use openblas, suitesparse (cholmod, umfpack),
lapack, arpack may still be dependent on blas, unless they were also compiled
to use openblas.
