The only two tests where I see this are:
libinterp\octave-value\ov-fcn-handle.cc-tst ............HDF5-DIAG: Error

Again, the intruiging bit (but perhaps a red herring) is that these errors pop
up during start of Octave only when an OF package has bee installed.
