Details:
This might not be a bug. Thought I would write about it, as it might help
others:
After octave 3.8.2 was installed (with octave-3.8.2-20140905-setup.exe) it
would hang when trying to plot anything.
The problem suddenly disappeared. That happened after I tried to use the
octave-gui to debug into the mesh.m and below. mesh hung at "__go_axes__" some
place, but after a restart of octave plot suddenly worked !?!
I have not tried to reboot windows, so plot might hang again after that, but
anyway this info might give some hints to others.
