Details:

Tool tips of first two icons is "Script" and "Open".

The icon "Script" means create a new script file. I suggest use "New Script".
I find a good example from Eclipse, see attachment.

The icon "Open" means open a script file. Matlab has function of Open/Load
data file from GUI. So Matlab users may misunderstand this icon's function. I
suggest use "Open Script" instead.
