Thanks for your bug report. Octave 3.2.4 is a very old version. It may be that
this does not work in that release, but it is not worth looking into and it
will not be updated.

Can you please try the more recent Octave 3.8.2 (http://mxeoctave.osuv.de/)
and open a new bug report if the same thing happens with that version? Thanks.
