Details:
When modifying the editing styles, there is no way to change the cursor color
for the editor window. Changing the editor's default Octave background color
to black hides the cursor entirely in Octave files, regardless of default
Octave foreground color. Please add the option to change the cursor color for
the editor window.
Note that this does not exist in all windows - there is already an option for
changing the cursor color in the command window, and it functions quite
nicely.
