Follow-up Comment #3, bug #43154 (project octave):
I have a patch for this, but it ignores the toogle option of the test command.
I don't really make sense of it, it seems like a command to disable some
installations from accessing some installed toolboxes.
My patch simply ignores that option, so that as long as a package is installed
and loaded, it returns true. Should I push it?
