Details:

A .m file is not registered in OSX to be opened in Octave. When I right-click
a file in the Finder app, and choose "Open with", Octave isn't listed in the
options.

If I try to change "Other", then Octave is not listed as one of the
"recommended applications". If I choose Octave to open it, nothing happens:
the file isn't opened.

Naturally, I would expect it to open in the editor.
