Applied your patch after a few cosmetic mods + one more check for rawsheet
fid. Thank you very much for the fix.

I noted from your patch that some CRLF from my side creeped in => must be bug
#43334.

I'm afraid we might have to do something about _writing_ the _rels stuff as
well, once that file is in the xlsx archive. Something for another weekend?
