Follow-up Comment #1, bug #43503 (project octave):
Hi,
Thanks for your bug report. I currently don't have a mac to actually test it,
but the issue with non-responding arrow keys should have been fixed for the
recent 3.8.2 release (see bug #41337). Can you upgrade octave and report back
on that issue? It looks like Macports has a port for 3.8.2 [1].
Now about the warning you see before the normal octave startup message, I
don't remenber having ever seen this message. Again if you can upgrade and
confirm you always see the warning, I'll re-title this bug to make it clear
what issue we are talking about in this particular report.
