Follow-up Comment #1, bug #44974 (project octave):

I think this problem is happening because you have an old tsearch.oct file in
your build tree that should no longer be there because that function is now
built in instead of being defined in a separate .oct file.

There are a few others like that in the libinterp/dldfcn directory.  This
problem shows up now because we just bumped the library version numbers.
