Status: Confirmed => Ready For Test

Follow-up Comment #4:
It is not necessary to put all default shortcuts into the default settings
file. The issue is that the check for the copy shortcut in the terminal is
performed from the settings file only without considering the default shortcut
in case the shortcut is not found in the settings file. (The general concept
is to have the default values of a preference as fallback in the
read-setting-command in case the settings file is incomplete).
I have pushed changeset

which should fix the issue.
