Follow-up Comment #35, bug #41061 (project octave):
Added file #33878: Now checks the LVMM features (DataLayoutPass) instead of
the version macros. No change to c++11.
Regarding the gnulib-hg patch it just checks if _GCC_MAX_ALIGN_T is already
defined which is the case on my system.
