Details:

Hello:

I've installed the 4.0.0-rc4 version and I can see that the "Insert Text"
option in QT plotting are now available. But the "Annotation" window to set
the text and properties are always in English. The correspondent text strings
are not in any languages/*.ts files in order to be translated. Please, can
someone regenerate the *.ts files in order to do the translation before the
final 4.0 version?
