Check what I said in bug 45928.

There is definitely more than one problem.
>From what I could test, nearly all fltk problems are resolved by use of:
export LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE=1 

The qt problems that I see are separate and do not happen with
fltk.  

This is under Fedora 21 only, but I hope it helps.
