Follow-up Comment #5, bug #45566 (project octave):
@Panxto: yep a typo, sorry, I meant bug #45540.
As I wrote I can confirm it for dev (4.1.0+) on Windows.
The Linux version of that same build (present here as I need to create a dist
archive for cross-building with MXE) doesn't suffer from this bug.
Again, this version is 3 weeks old (the build is from end of June:
b6a59cc96bfa "Process backslash...."). I think the fix for bug #45372 was
included already (fix is from June 22).
The crash is triggered on any picture AFAICS.
Today I was trying to cross-build a tip again (a.o., for Dan / bug #44485) but
got hit by the recent build changes when cross-building
(octave_1_doc-install.patch to be precise) and ran out of time today - plus
soon I'm on holiday for the next weeks.
-HOT- just finished a Linux build of 6b7c10920dfe "make interpreter
targets..." and that also works fine.
