Details:
get(0,'screensize') in Windows 8 returns scaled screensize (Matlab will return
the real resolution of the screen). Windows 8 can set scaling factors for the
screen resolution and Octave returns the scaled or effective resolution. This
can be somewhat troublesome when one wants to create a large figure relative
to the actual screensize. At least some workaround could be offered to return
the actual screensize on Windows 8.
