URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?45943> Summary: commands shg and figure(N) (where figure N exists) fail to bring figure window to foreground Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: tpapastylianou Submitted on: Sat 12 Sep 2015 16:49:15 GMT Category: Plotting Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: Incorrect Result Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Tasos Papastylianou <tpapastylianou> Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.0.0 Operating System: Any _______________________________________________________ Details: Consider this code: figure(1); % user clicks on console, thereby burying figure window under Octave GUI / CLI. shg In matlab, this would bring the figure window back on the foreground. In octave this does not happen. Similarly: figure(1); figure(2); figure(1); -verbatim In matlab figure 1 should come back in front of figure 2 / the GUI window. In octave nothing happens. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?45943> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
