If you're convinced there's nothing new to this report, closing as a duplicate
(would be helpful to point to other bug numbers).

It would also be helpful if the reporter filtered some of the pasted text to
show only the real errors, such as


 warning: file general-1.3.4.tar.gz does not exist 
 warning: file signal-1.3.1.tar.gz does not exist 


The rest of the install dump looks like everything worked perfectly, just
noise.
