Follow-up Comment #12, bug #44095 (project octave):

Given that users can define their own functions in Octave that may be called
using "command" syntax, and those functions could easily accept filenames as
arguments, maybe there is some other approach we could take other than trying
to maintain a list of functions that accept filename arguments?
