Follow-up Comment #6, bug #46683 (project octave):

Ok, but this is an upgrade that is causing this error to arise now. I'm
willing to put some more energy into this to prove it if necessary, but I
suspect it's a new version of OpenBLAS causing this error to appear. I haven't
yet, but I am willing to try comparing older and newer versions of OpenBLAS to
see if the error follows.
