Details:

Hi, as say the title i'm requesting this feature, the idea is calc avoinig
decimals or calc with the fraction, basically if i write 1/3 don't aprox to
0.33333 (or when octave get this type of calcs) and can enable it globally, i
think it can be very useful for precision work. Actually with the aprox (ex
1/3 -> 0.3333333333333) some calcs have problems if you need a extremely
precise calcs.
