Details:

Lintian, the Debian package checker, is complaining
<https://lintian.debian.org/maintainer/address@hidden>
about the octave package, regarding
<https://lintian.debian.org/tags/desktop-mime-but-no-exec--code.html> the Exec
entry in its desktop file.  

Indeed, according to the
[http://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/desktop-entry-spec-latest.html#mime-types
Desktop Entry Specification], since MIME types are registered through the
MimeType key, then the "[…] application is expected to be able to reasonably
open files of these types using the command listed in the Exec key." 

The attached changeset is a proposal for fixing the problem reported here.
