Follow-up Comment #3, bug #46779 (project octave):
The previous comment didn't actually say what the problem was.
Without the diff, a breakpoint can be set, but clicking on the red octagon
doesn't clear the breakpoint. If there are two breakpoints on consecutive
lines, clicking on the lower one clears the one above it.
