Follow-up Comment #4, bug #47314 (project octave):
Yes, in my opinion this is the final fix. Any other approach would require
modifying __qp__ which may have compatibility implications for other wrappers.
So, yes, I think adding that single negative sign is the correct fix. The only
effect should be to make it compatible with Matlab's quadprog(), which I
presume is the primary reason for the existence of the quadprog() wrapper in
the first place.
