Follow-up Comment #24, bug #46758 (project octave):

i tried some options a couple of weeks ago - using widtdth and height didnt
work, neither did the aspect ratio.

Same thing was happening in my mint linux distro - off hand I dont know what
version of rsvg-convert it was using, so will have to check it.
