Follow-up Comment #21, bug #45507 (project octave):
Is something like the attached what we have in mind for this bug? I'm coming
in late so I'm not following all of the discussion. And I don't want to throw
out Lachlan's hard work on this, but it seemed like the discussion turned to
"can't we do this a simpler way?" This patch uses the std::acos routine
provided by C++, and corrects the phase if I'm understanding that part
correctly.
