Follow-up Comment #23, bug #45507 (project octave):
My patch still needs work, fails a test in make check:
>> acos (-2)
ans = 3.14159265358979 + 1.31695789692482i
I only guessed at how to correct the phase by looking at the current code, I
am no expert at complex analysis. If someone can tell me how to fix the sign
of the output of std::acos so it corresponds to Matlab and other numerical
software I can incorporate that.
