[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #47346] after install octave seg faults during startup with --debug option

Follow-up Comment #25, bug #47346 (project octave):

jwe's changes prevents the segfault, but still doesn't explain why you have
the fltk available when you use run-octave, but not after octave is installed.
 I was trying to debug that, but it should really be a different bug report as
that is different behavior.

If you're satisfied that octave is no longer segfaulting with the --debug
option then I will close this report.
