Follow-up Comment #1, bug #47368 (project octave):

Can you take a look at the file


C:\Octave\Octave-4.0.1-rc3\share\octave\4.0.1-rc3\m\sparse\svds.m


and make sure it contains the changes in this cset:
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/73f62b4bb533.

If those lines are missing, then that is why the test is failing.  If those
lines are present, then we have a problem.
