Follow-up Comment #8, bug #47372 (project octave):
The memory leak in the optimization directory is because Octave was not
calling glp_free_env() to ask GLPK to completely free resources used. Fixed
in this cset (http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/de155ca994d4).
