Follow-up Comment #12, bug #40269 (project octave):
When I use bellow script, the ylabel and text are not oriented correctly in
gnuplot window.
Then when I check gnuplot options "Double buffer" and "oversamplig" the
graphics is redrawn correctly.
This options can be set permanenty in Roamingwgnuplot.ini
