Follow-up Comment #2, bug #47463 (project octave):
4.0.1-rc4 (compiled for 64-bit Windows) works fine for me on Win 10, including
plotting with qt, fltk and gnuplot toolkits.
Same for the development version (4.1.0+)
I haven't used Octave a lot in Win 10 but in general I find that Octave seems
to work fine in that OS.
