Follow-up Comment #17, bug #43959 (project octave):
Thanks, Markus. The challenge with "Start" is that we need to verify that the
size is consistent with "replicates". Can we force the order in which
inputParser processes the inputs? Also, unless we use a global variable, I
don't see how we can write a function to pass in to inputParser that relies on
one of the parameter values (i.e., an output of inputParser).
