Follow-up Comment #47, bug #47372 (project octave):
You always get a segfault if you use --enable-address-sanitizer-flags, but I
haven't seen it yet on my system with --enable-address-sanitizer-flags (with
gcc 5.3.1, GraphicsMagick 1.3.23). Maybe I'll try an older system to see if I
can reproduce there.
