Follow-up Comment #4, bug #47527 (project octave):
The reason the icon is wrong is that the octave binary itself has a default
binary icon.
The shortcut in the start menu has one assigned to it in the lnk file.
Pinning (without the app id) uses the icon of the binary (the default icon)
Also pinning then created a short cut to the binary instead of the .vbs file,
so any setup in the vbs file at that point is not used when launched from the
pinned shortcut.
