Follow-up Comment #1:

Also, looking on an example on the nsis website [1], most times they also
check the following if not found elsewhere.

HKLM\Software\JavaSoft\Java Development Kit\Current Version

and

HKLM\Software\JavaSoft\ava Development Kit\XXXX\JavaHome


so what is the key value of them as well.
