URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?47824> Summary: No Matlab-compatible corrcoef Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: nir_krakauer Submitted on: Mon 02 May 2016 12:46:13 PM GMT Category: Octave Function Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: Matlab Compatibility Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Nir Krakauer Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: dev Operating System: Any _______________________________________________________ Details: We replaced corrcoef with corr because our behavior was different from Matlab's [1]. However, corrcoef is in core Matlab, whereas Matlab has corr only in the Statistics toolbox. We should have a Matlab-compatible corrcoef, as suggested elsewhere [2].
