Follow-up Comment #1:

Hi,

By default Ctrl+1 is supposed to open the history dock widget (if it is not
already open) and give it the focus. This works fine on linux. 
As a workaround you can change the default shortcuts using the preference
dialog (Edit>Preferences then modify the Shortcuts tab).
