Thanks for the reply. I have actually in uninstalled 4.0.0 and have confirmed
the ginput issue is working on 4.0.2, so I can't easily check.

But I think you can close the bug report as it is working in 4.0.2 and as you
say it looks like the cross hairs is not implemented.
