Follow-up Comment #4:

I pushed the cset to the default branch here
(http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/972a06f5fa02).  One thing I
changed, the docstring text "See also:" is actually produced by the macro
@seealso{} which expands differently in a Tex versus Info environment.
