Follow-up Comment #2, bug #47900 (project octave):

Any progress on scheduling adding complex functionality to the control
toolbox?  Complex SYS math is a critical capability of Matlab that Octave does
not support.  At least tag the bug as confirmed since the code reports it as
not yet supported.
