Follow-up Comment #4, bug #48208 (project octave):

I got

set (h, 'markeredgecolor', 'g') % does dot change to 'green' 
 Yes.

The previous ones are the same.

 get (0, 'screenpixelsperinch') % Current resolution 
 ans = 120
