Follow-up Comment #2, bug #48096 (project octave):
The fix trigger an issue with copyfile (via gzip) though (no error, but prints
this warning):
octave-gui:1> cd ~/Downloads/
octave-gui:2> pkg build ffoo "interval-1.5.0.tar.gz"
cp: ‘ffoo/interval-1.5.0-x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-api-v50+.tar’ and
‘ffoo/interval-1.5.0-x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-api-v50+.tar’ are the same file
