Details:
When attempting to compile using the current 4.1.0+ dev octave.
socket.cc:28:24: fatal error: octave/ops.h: No such file or directory
#include <octave/ops.h>
The ops.h file is no longer in the octave install.
If I remove the #include, sockets compiles ok,
