Follow-up Comment #4, bug #48680 (project octave):

Nothing seems out of the ordinary that I can tell then.

Is it possible to disable the 2nd monitor and try running octave and see if it
still opens maximizes and crashes in minimize/maximize the GUI ?

I have two screens setup, however can not get it to crash
