Follow-up Comment #6, bug #48761 (project octave):
I have re-install qt-5.
Then illegal characters representation never happen.
However, menu bar does not appear.

This is the same as previous snapshot.
Version of qt5 is 5.2.1 and is not new.
Is it possible my old qt5 causes this issue ?
