Details:

According to the description <http://octave.sourceforge.net/octcdf/index.html>
of the octcdf package: "This interface is obsolete. Please use the netcdf
package instead (possibly in combination with ncarray)."

I think that the entry for octcdf should be moved from the maintained packages
list <http://octave.sourceforge.net/packages.php> into the unmaintained
<http://octave.sourceforge.net/packages.php#unmaintained> section at the
Octave-Forge website.
