I executed 

qtchooser -l 
qtchooser -run-tool=uic -qt=5 -v 
qtchooser -run-tool=uic -qt=4 -v 

$ qtchooser -l 
 
4
5
default
qt4-x86_64-linux-gnu
qt4
qt5-x86_64-linux-gnu
qt5

$ qtchooser -run-tool=uic -qt=5 -v 
uic 5.2.1

$ qtchooser -run-tool=uic -qt=4 -v 
Qt User Interface Compiler version 4.8.7

Setting of ~/.config/qtchooser/qt5.conf seems not to work.
