Follow-up Comment #4:

So it looks like this test failure is due to using ATLAS vs OpenBLAS. Assuming
there is nothing that Octave can do about this, it's a tolerance problem from
within ATLAS.

I've added this bug number to the test case so when it fails it will be
reported as a known bug and refer to this bug number.

Closing as won't fix.
